If you rent or own a home, you know there are priorities that need to be set; you need to eat, have clothing and pay for your shelter. The basic needs are a necessity, and it does not take a mental giant to figure them out. So why on GOD'S green earth would a President facing financial chaos, job loss, and a record deficit, make a major push for health care reform? Does it even cross your mind that this supposedly smart, intellectual President cannot see the crisis in America is not health care? So, who is feeding the President his agenda, and who is benefiting? Obviously the American people are not a top priority, or the first thing the President would do is drastically cut spending and focus on retaining and generating new manufacturing jobs for America. We cannot continue to rely on the rest of the world for all our consumables.
Many Americans have acquired so much debt, they can not keep up with the minimum payments. There comes a point when "life happens" and every penny is spent on basics, leaving credit cards piling to the ceiling. At some point, the inevitable happens...bankruptcy looms ahead as one solution. Basically, all debt goes away, you now have a major blemish on your credit record, and you are right back to square one. Hopefully this time better decisions will be made, along with a more desirable outcome.
Our Country is facing such a situation, but this President has chosen to ignore it...or has he? One benefit of bankruptcy is the opportunity to "start over", and I can't help but wonder if that is the President's plan. IF this nation collapses financially, then the pieces will be picked up, and put back together. How is will be reconstructed is the question. Obama has been very open about needing fundamental change for America. Change is the word Americans heard, and grasped for hope to unite and build a better, stronger America. What they didn't hear was "fundamental", which means the very foundation, on which something is built....like the Constitution of our Country. America's very "being" is at stake. IF this President continues to ignore the true needs of this Country and buries himself in health care, gay rights, etc, the tipping point will happen, and a crisis as we have never endured will occur. The President will reform America in his image of what America "should" look like, and we will be the "subjects", wondering how did this happen?????
You can be assured this Country is at a crossroads! Tell you Congressman NOW that this Country needs to get out of debt, address the deficit, and put people back to work! YES, we do need health care reform, but the current plan for Obamcare will only catapult us even further into the above sceniro. Payback should not be the concern of our President, but the well being of the American people. We need the agenda to be a strong working Republic, not Socialism, Marxism, or worse. We are fundamentally sound, so stand strong America, before we go bankrupt, and become a "global social blur" with Europe. Our autonomy and independence is totally at stake...so ask... What is the President's real agenda????
