My cookie jar has a bottom, and when that last cookie is eaten, I have a few choices. I can leave the jar empty, buy more cookies, or wait for someone else to buy cookies. What do you think will happen? Let me guess??  Congress and their fearless leader will take control of all the successful cookie companies and demand they keep the cookie jar full. Everyone loves their cookies, and they make tons of money by selling their cookies, so it is only “fair” they keep the cookie jar full.

The cookie jar stays empty…oh my, there will be “cookie withdrawal”! That instant satisfaction from a sweet sugary dessert will be denied, and someone might get cranky! What to do? Maybe they will have to settle for a cracker, or heaven forbid…a piece of fruit! They get desperate and try to make their own cookies. In doing so, they come up with the BEST cookie recipe ever. Adversity spurs creativity!  

IF I buy more cookies, the same scenario continues to take place. The jar is empty, and I’m always expected to refill it. I’m tired of being the “cookie keeper”. I have to take my time and gas to go get the cookies, pay for the cookies, and put them in the jar. It’s time to put the lid on the cookie jar Nancy, and slap the first hand to open it.

Nancy, Nancy, Nancy! Get a grip on your job! Take control and do something productive! Are you just a puppet to all the testosterone?? You continue to feed Americans one plan after another, and you have no idea what you’re doing! You jumped in and stuffed a 700 billion bailout down our throats…telling us it would be used to buy bad mortgages…NOW you want to bail out the big three auto makers, credit card companies, yada, yada yada! Where does it end???? Is your objective to bankrupt the Country???? You need a car sales job…what wonderful training you’ve had!

Your lack of leadership amazes me! No wonder this Congress has been the most ineffective Congress ever! It reminds me of mice on a wheel…running nowhere! Please try to remember WHY you’re there! You are supposed to “represent” “WE THE PEOPLE”, not your own personal agenda!  Most people do not want you controlling our money and spending it any way you want!  You keep changing the plan!  Congress NEVER rushes to move on anything, EXCEPT to spend our money...and the stock market has NOT stopped going down! 

JUST MAYBE…you should not be an “enabler” to everyone who is having money problems! MAYBE some industries need to just go away, because they do not produce a "wanted" product! This Country was built on hard work, not a hand out! WE cannot afford to bailout all people and all industries! 

OH…by the way…other Senators have real people who take comments for their Senator! You have a person who answers, and then they immediately send you to the “comment line”! What a crock! How hard is it to hit the delete button every day???? 

Be it ever so subtle, we can expect changes that will affect this nation forever. Socialism is on its way, and you had better be ready! When the Government starts to take your money and invest in banks, car industry, healthcare, etc…then the GOVERNMENT HAS CONTROL! Next thing will be grocery chains, and discount stores, etc. Hasn’t the Postal System taught us anything???? Open your eyes before it is too late!

The GOVERNMENT is only as good as those who run it! Obviously, some of us saw power and greed running amuck with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; and saw how the President Elect benefited from all those loans to people who couldn’t afford them. Now that the Democrats have free reign in Congress, look for more spending than ever, fewer people working than ever (they will all be taken care of by you, courtesy of President Obama). Rights you normally don’t consider abused will make headlines! They will attempt to curtail the freedom to hear conservative messages on talk radio, via the “Fairness Doctrine”. Why do Democrats always use the word “fair” when they want people to think they are doing something for YOUR benefit, when in reality, they normally take something away from you!?! HOW FAIR IS THAT!

Take note fellow Americans of the following passage from Galatians 2:4 (NKJ)

False brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage.) The following is a quote by Rev. Charles Stanley concerning that very passage. “ There is something about freedom that many people, even within the church, simply can’t tolerate. They will try all sorts of tactics, both obvious and veiled, to bring you under their control. Don’t let them.”

Never underestimate the willingness of our enemies to wait for the perfect opportunity to strike. We have given them this opportunity on a silver platter. Now, we just sit and wait for this attack. I pray Obama will have the ability to handle such a situation, but my confidence is shaken. His proclaimed stance to the world makes me nervous, but we’ll see. I hope he is concerned more about the safety of our Country, than cozying up with those who hate us…time will tell.

I am perplexed as ever concerning how some sectors of the population voted! Now that it’s a done deal, the dissection of voting begins. I’m not a mathematician, or philosopher, but an ordinary American, who wonders if we as a Nation have any loyalties to our core values?

I preface my statements with the only explanation that makes sense. Isaiah 42:20, 21(NKJ) reads, “Seeing many things, but you do not observe; opening the ears, but he does not hear.” That says volumes about this entire election process!

For several years, I have listened to Dennis Prager and Michael Medved. They are two very intelligent men, passionately devoted to Judaism. Although not Jewish, I respect their views, and their respect for Christianity. During this election, I heard countless reasons from these radio hosts, why Jews should not vote for Obama. Obam’s ties with Muslims against Israel should have been enough! Are you comfortable he will come to Israel’s defense if needed? A President who will not defend the rights of an unborn baby, is MORE likely to defend a Country he has questionable allegiance to??? How much does Israel mean to you, if 78% of Jews voted for Obama??? What were you thinking?

That brings up the Catholic vote, and your devotion to life of the unborn. I saw a beautiful pro-life video on the web, directed to Catholics prior to the election. It was moving, and pleaded to the core value of all Catholics to vote in favor of preserving the unborn child. Obviously, 54% of Catholics do not adhere to that “concern”, so deeply held dear by the Church. I wonder if that will be addressed in Mass? What were you thinking?

Conservatives who didn’t vote …what were YOU thinking? What better example of cutting your nose off to spite your face! All that Obama stood for was better than your frustration with the Republican Party? As a “conservative” group, you allowed a far left wing “smooth talker” to orchestrate our Country’s decisions for the next four years! Come out of your coma!!!!!

Young people…youth is blissful, and we cannot fault you too much for your idealism. You vote for “Utopia”, and truthfully, that is what we all want…but Utopia will not be found on this earth. As you age, your eyes and ears will hopefully be opened…just ask the young married couple with a new baby…have their concerns and views changed? In you we place the future of this great Nation, and pray you will have better vision than the left wing baby boomers. YOU better be thinking!

The rest got their man…and we will continue to pray for our Country every day, that ears will hear, and eyes will open…when our fearless leader proposes his agenda on us all!

I heard an interesting comment today. “Peoples hatred for Bush was greater than love for our Country.”   That, in combination with the "race factors” explains this election better than most “talking heads” I’ve heard. What a sad commentary for our society, that the liberals have manipulated and encouraged hatred toward Bush, to this extent. The mainstream media has been negative since almost day one, except for the 9/11 reprieves.

The Democrats were so upset how Clinton was treated (although he brought it on himself); they made sure to sling twice as much mud on Bush. Congress heard the same intelligence Bush heard, and many voted for the war, but distanced themselves when it became unpopular with people. Naturally that sentiment was constantly spoon-fed to the public by mainstream media and Hollywood. Dems need to visit You Tube periodically to refresh their memories on how they initially defended the war! Oh, how we forget when it is to our benefit!

It’s amazing how gullible people are when information comes from Hollywood…if it comes from the mouth of a “so called star”, then it must be true! American people need to get a life! Hollywood is so far removed from reality, and spends so much time “playing a roles”, they have no idea who they are or if they are coming or going….except to their shrink. It’s time America looks for new role models…surely we can find some good ones who cling to guns and Bibles! 

Now that “you got us back”, and “got your President”…good luck with that! May the next four years be filled with concern for our Country…Heaven knows we need concern and prayer for our Country. May we be productive in solving problems; and not administering a larger monetary Band-Aid. Place some restraint on Obama, Pelosi, and Reid… as they are a lethal combination!  

Would it be hateful to ask Congress to pay for leasing their own cars and paying for their own gas???? Do you think they would be better “in tuned” to the concerns of the common “Joe”, if they didn’t have so many perks????  Oh, that would be just too much hatred directed toward those who enjoy spending our money!
