MS. PELOSI...AND THE BIG BAD "PROFIT"!

Nancy Pelosi now has targeted insurance companies for making a profit.  Ms. Pelosi, you don't sell a manufactured good, or service, but over the course of your tenure in the House; I wouldn't hesitate to say you have "PROFITED" handsomely!  Shame on you!  YOU are NOT a company, but are suppose to be a "SERVANT" of the people.  IF you feel it is a crime to be a company and make a profit...how much worse is it to be a servant, and make a profit from the tax dollars of the American people?  Most companies offer a needed product or service, that people are willing to purchase.  Capitalism offers people choice, therefore they choose whichever product or service that best suites their needs.  The last time I checked companies have employees, and they want to be paid, SO I doubt these dreadful companies consider themselves enjoying a hobby!  It is expected they make a "profit", so they and their employees can pay your salary and all the free programs you give away.  By the way, do you expect the American car dealers to make a profit, or is all that bailout money sustaining a "hobby"????  "Cash for Clunkers"...more bailout...that's another story!

Maybe you need to start "thinking" before you speak.  Thank goodness your Summer vacation is here...you need a break!  As for all you hard working company owners...pay no attention to her.  There are Americans who want you to be all you can be!  We WANT you to make a profit so you can continue to employ...and pay for those who choose to sit at home!  We thank you for your contribution, so hang tuff, and we'll make it...in spite of Nancy Pelosi!

BEER DRINKING & ARM TWISTING

Another great role model...no one takes responsibility of their actions.  The President put both feet in his mouth when he commented on the Gates incident, BUT instead of retracting and admitting he "jumped the gun", he needs a front page photo op drinking beer with the participants.  I truly hope Sgt Crowley won't be arm twisted to say he did something wrong, just to get the President out of hot water.  Gates should admit he escalated the situation, and Thank Sgt Crowley for showing up.  IF there had been a break-in, and no one showed up, you can bet there would be screaming!  The charge would be the police didn't show up because the owner was black.

This whole debacle is so obvious, and sad the President spends time on this particular incident, when there are major issues facing the Country...but those poll numbers mean everything.  Part of the bigger picture is lack of responsibility taken for actions...a typical response in America.  Naturally, we shouldn't expect out President to admit he made a mistake...that would take real leadership.

OBVIOUS WAY TO CUT HEALTH CARE COST!

Have you heard of HR 1868?  Probably not, since it is probably bogged down in a committee, whose members don't want it to see the light of day.  This House Bill redefines "US citizenship."  The present health care bill makes NO PROVISIONS TO ELIMINATE ILLEGALS FROM RECEIVING HEALTH CARE.  That obviously means the tremendous cost WILL cover illegals.  One way to put this issue to rest forever is to make it impossible for babies of illegals to be automatic US Citizens when they are born here.  Pregnant women literally crawl across the US Mexican border to have their babies here for the US Citizenship. 

HR 1868 will dramatically change the rules for being a natural born citizen, which will NOT allow the babies of illegals to become automatic citizens.  You will not hear about this on mainstream TV, unless it becomes public debate.  Ask your house representative about this bill while they are home on the August break.  We need to let our Representatives know we are informed and expect them to vote for the long term benefit of America! 

The Democrats do not want this because free health care will surely increase our "illegal" numbers, and therefore increase the liberal base of voters.  Oh, you say illegals don't vote...I'm not sure ACORN was asking that when they registered voters and carted them to the polls on the same day to vote.  Once there are more people who want a free ride, than those who pay for the free ride....we lose our voice!  We need to see the BIG PICTURE, and not focus just on the immediate issues.  Those who have a long term agenda are very patient in implementing their plan  SOCIALISM IS NOT THE AMERICAN WAY!  WE ARE INDEPENDENT PEOPLE...DO NOT ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO TAKE AWAY YOUR FREEDOMS....ONE ILLEGAL BABY AT A TIME!

BLUE DOGS STAND FIRM!

Supposedly "Blue Dogs" got their name from being drug along by liberal Democrats, until they turned blue.  Blue Dogs are fiscally responsible Democrats who want Government to be responsible with taxpayer dollars.  WOW...what a tug of war!  Nancy is fit to be tied, to be sure.  Queen bee can't get her hive in order...but for those pesky Blue Dogs.  Such poetic justice, THAT, the Democratic Party highly recruited moderate Dems in conservative areas, in order to take back the Congress.  NOW those "moderates" have decided to stay true to their values, and not blindly follow their misguided leaders.  WAHOO!  Something to cheer about!  If you want to praise the Blue Dogs for their firm stand, they can be contacted at:  Kristen Hawn, Communications Director, BlueDog@mail.house.gov

HOLLYWOOD GETS A PASS

The President knows on which side his bread is buttered!  Do you ever hear the President bashing Hollywood for making too much money?  The entertainment industry is in a protective bubble, since it totally plays into the liberal agenda.  As long as they promote the left wing policies, they get a free pass.  Hollywood contributes substantially, actors become spokesman for liberal policies, and they make a gazillion dollars for "pretending".  There are only a handful of  actors who can even act, in comparison to the likes of Jimmy Stewart, Marlon Brando, and the rest from that era.  Many well known actors from the fifties and sixties were in the Armed Services during WWII.  How many of today's actors have placed their career on hold for their Country?  If they do anything, it is brought to the limelight for everyone to "oo" & ah", so we can gush all over them,...plus all the extra publicity it guarantees. 

When the President is bashing heads of industries for their outrageous bonuses, does he ever include the actors who makes millions per episode for movies and TV?  They just show up, at least Corporate America is producing a product (not as much as we should),or service.  Actors produce fantasy, some good, some not so good.  We all enjoy some form of entertainment, but in this society, the value of entertainment has plummeted, since the quality over the years has diminished.  Even so, it is beneficial to politicians, since their pockets are very deep.

Bottom line...if you really want to "be all you can be"....go to Hollywood.  Everyday Americans who make money in other industries will be the "money mongers", rich bureaucrats", and every other negative connotation...BUT, be a wealthy actor, and you can walk on water...at least in this life time!

TEACHABLE MOMENT

Our President has described the incident between Professor Gates and the Cambridge Policeman, as a "teachable moment".  I agree 100%.  First of all, keep mouth shut until you know ALL the facts!  Every story has two sides.  IF you are President of the United States, especially know all the facts before condemning one side on national television.  Understand your job is to calm matters, not escalate them and divide the Country. 

Some key points that need to be remembered:  The policeman did not initiate the investigation, a neighbor was concerned and SHE called the police.  She should be commended for being concerned about a possible breaking and entering...she didn't care if the owner was black, white or green...she was doing her civic duty.  None of us should stand by and allow potential harm come to body or property.  She should be "Thanked" for being an involved citizen.

Upon realizing the policeman was doing his duty and trying to protect his property, Professor Gates should have complied immediately when asked to show identification.  The policeman had to know for sure the "person" was indeed Professor Gates...a smart robber might say he was the owner...and then the police really would have been stupid if they had not confirmed the actual identity.  Professor Gates should have been overjoyed the Cambridge policeman was looking out for his best interest.  INSTEAD, Professor Gates, in front of witnesses, behaved arrogantly, and immediately began accusing the police officer of be racist, etc.  He could have avoided the entire incident if he had just done what all American citizens are expected to do when confronted by a police officer...cooperate. 

It is my opinion, Professor Gates saw this as an opportunity to propel himself into national limelight by making much to do over nothing.  He is the one who acted out of control, and continued the disruptive scene until he was arrested.  Considering the Professor's background, he saw this as a way to back his case of racism still existing in America.  Instead I see this situation as a "set up" in progress. Professor Gates, undoubtedly a smart man, had to be aware of the implications of the ensuing situation.  Being a friend of President Obama was also an advantage and would ensure a very public investigation.  He got what he wanted, BUT he didn't count on Sergeant Crowley being an exemplary example of today's police force.  Sergeant Crowley treated Professor Gates in a professional manner as is expected, therefore, allowing everyone to see how "out of control" Professor Gates was acting.

Bottom line lesson:  IF you really want equality, start acting as Americans, and drop the color race card.  Move on and be all you can be, no matter the color.  I believe America is tired of dragging this bag of guilt around.  Stop trying to bring attention to every little issue where "color" can be implicated.  All kinds of people are treated differently because of one thing or another, but they don't have a national forum to scream their injustice.  Get on with life and let's all do what is best for America.  IF America thrives, we all benefit.  Isn't it time color becomes a non issue?

PRESIDENT DIVIDES AMERICA!

Typical President Obama displayed his ineptness in portraying a President.  He continues to speak his own personal "feelings" concerning topics, instead of speaking "Presidentially".  He blurts out to the world without thought of the big picture.  He consistently reminds us he was a junior Senator, and still green behind the ears, so we shouldn't be surprised when he steps on his own toes. 

What were you thinking Mr. President, when you commented on the Professor Gates incident?  You jumped in with both feet when asked the question, and deliberately made the decision to make your opinion known to one and all.  On national TV, you had a prime opportunity to calm the situation.  You admitted not knowing all the facts, which was a perfect "out" for you, but instead, you insisted on playing the race card.  What a shame you want to continue to stir the pot...I guess listening to Rev. Wright had more of an effect than you proclaimed.  As President, I would have expected you to refer to the "situation" as "unfortunate", and commit to reading the report before commenting further. That is all that was needed, but you took sides without the whole story.  You took a stand that assumed the Policeman's actions were other than the "norm", and possibly racially motivated. 

This incident has spoken volumes about you Mr. President.  Unknowingly, you have shown the world your bias, and you consider yourself the judge and jury.  You said the department acted "stupidly". Without securing the full facts, you felt obligated to take sides. How stupid was that????  You're suppose to be a smart man, but you convince us otherwise.  Why would any head of state purposely make a comment that would add fuel to the fire in a situation he has admitted not knowing the facts?  It is unfortunate for us, as a 'United" States, we have a leader who will use the race card without just cause to divide our Country even further.  It makes me wonder if you really want us to be "ONE" NATION UNDER GOD?  You might want to take heed to the age old saying, "United We Stand, Divided We Fall."

IN YOUR FACE...I WANT MY WAY!

President Obama on the airways once again to bully his way concerning health care.  Is he more in love with the camera, or really wanting to reform health care?  Every day we hear wa, wa, wa!  Now he goes after doctors!  Every doctor I've ever had made me feel like a priority during my appointment.  They have successfully cured my ails, and I appreciate their knowledge...shame on you President for blaming doctors for this mess!  Do you think maybe you need to turn your attention toward lawyers?  Are you using health care to divert attention from your ever failing stimulis package?  People are still losing jobs...and health care follows that...duh!  Maybe you need to focus on one major problem at a time!  Only GOD can multitask on this level! 
 
The President assured transparency...where is that?  What is going on in those committees?  Do you know people abortion is covered in the plan, and illegals are covered...that alone will increase cost, since more illegals will cross our borders than ever before.  People do NOT know what is in the thousand plus pages of this bill..does the President?  He thinks we're stupid since he says more will be given to people, but it will cost less!  He will say anything to get his way!  Do you want the same organization running the Postal system, AMTRACK, and public housing, to operate your health care?  Are they shining stars in our economy...not hardly!    

President Obama...when will you sign you, your family and Congress on this health care plan??  I DON"T THINK SO!  You want your way, and it is POLITICS AS USUAL!  These are BULLY tactics, and we are tired of the same old story.  It is so obvious you haven't a clue....now maybe people can see what happens when you elect a  non-qualified, inexperienced person for President!

Policemen...your President doesn't know the facts, BUT he's willing to call the Cambridge police "on the carpet" on National TV.  Millions across this Nation Thank You for placing yourself in harm's way every day.  This President needs to be in a Hollywoood movie, where his damage would be limited...instead we have to put up with his ineptness daily!

HOPE & CHANGE!

The year was 2008. A new President was elected under the auspices of “Hope & Change”. Americans, with some help from ACORN bussing people to the polls, bought it hook, line and sinker. High hopes were placed on this President to make all things right (really left), and deliver us from the evil conservative agenda.

The President was impressed with his new digs in the White House, but jetted off here and there, carting his multitude of teleprompters, making numerous speeches. Foremost, it was important to apologize to the world for all the naughty things America had done since conception, which is still under debate…does life of a Country begin at conception, or several months later???? In addition to world travel, he has managed to spend more money than we have zeros, and it’s so easy to spend other people’s money. He placed Carbon Monoxide on the ten most wanted list…out to destroy! Energy sources producing carbon monoxide were to be heavily taxed, so Congress encouraged everyone to invest in “Snuggies” for the winter. Do not be caught striking a match, as this too, will contribute to global warming, and exhaling was limited to once every other breath.

Health care for everyone was the President’s main concern. Three hundred million plus had adequate care, but approximately 12% had none. Of course, many of whom were illegal, entered our Country with no regard to our laws. Abortions should be part of the plan, they said, although millions consider it murder, but, what the heck… population needs to be controlled anyway. Every day he pushed his agenda hard, but no debate would he accept…it’s my way or the high way.

It passed, but just by a squeak…all the Libs were overwhelmed with joy at such a sweet victory! Health care for ALL! It was proclaimed far and wide, America will take care of you! They arrived from all over, and babies were born galore…because only in America, you were a citizen if born on this land. No matter of origin your Mom or Dad…illegal, no matter, now you were entitled to all America had to offer…and best of all, someone else paid for it! They kept coming, and coming…until one day, it was declared…some of you need to die…there are too many of you, you’re living too long! For those who remembered the slogan “Hope & Change”…they longed for a time when they should have said, “Now exactly what does that mean?” America…there was no more.

PUT YOUR MONEY...MR. PRESIDENT!

Mr. President, are you and Congress willing to trade your present health care for the one you want to impose on America???  IF it is as Wonderful as you profess, then why are you not ENTHUSIASTICALLY aboard????  WHY should the rest of America be considered a different class, while you and Congress have the best?  Put your money where your mouth is...what's good for the goose SHOULD be good for the gander!

Almost every day we are subjected to our President going on National TV ramrodding National Health Care down our throats.  There are 300 + million people in America, and approximately 47 million have no health care...some are illegals, some are young people with ability to acquire and pay, BUT elect NOT to purchase health insurance, and definitely there are those who absolutely have no insurance because it is cost prohibited for their circumstances.  NOW, why do we completely destroy our health care system, which has the best quality medical care in the world, for a fraction of the population?  Target like a laser on the real problems with our existing health care, like law suites, fraud, access to health care in rural areas, insurance companies charging those with insurance more to make up for those who don't....lots of issues are not addressed, but could make a big difference!

President or Dictator?

When has this President ever put the Country 1st???  He continues to demand (health care), demand (Cap & Trade), and apologize around the world for all America has done since conception.  He considers himself the only ONE to direct our great Nation, with the advisement from whom???  That alone has much speculation....is Nancy Pelosi, and her musketeers really smart enough to orchestrate his maneuvers?

Do you feel frustrated, controlled, ignored?  Call your Representatives, and Blue Dog Representatives to voice your opposition.  Go to www.Congress.org, and put in your zip code to find your specific Representatives.  Tell them your concerns about the trillions of dollars worth of deficit, and how can American people sustain this for the long haul?  Let them know you are watching what they do, and want them to Represent you, and NOT blindly vote Party lines....the Country needs to come first,... Presidents know that, Dictators don't care!

WHERE IS THE CONSERVATIVE BACKBONE?

IS Conservative Congress SO concerned with re-election, they will sacrifice the good of the Country for their continued position????  IS there NO politician who has the spine to call a spade a spade????  Sonia Sotomayor as a "conservative" would have already been ripped to shreds about her racist statement concerning being a Latino woman having better judgment than a white man...plus, the ruling  concerning the promotions denied to white firefighters who scored higher on a test than minorities.  Can you imagine Democrats letting this slide??  She has spun all statements she's made, and will say anything to the committee to get confirmed.  Sound like someone else we know????  Have we not learned that Liberals wil say and do anything to obtain their position...(a few exceptions maybe)! 

When will we stop standing by and allowing our Country to be jammed into a blender, crushed, liquidated, and poured into a new mold we will not recognize as America?  We are slowly being taken over, and it will happen without a blink.  Tell your Congressman to stand up for America's foundation, and vote against Sotomayore for her lack of partiality.  Will her empathy allow murders to be released because they had a rough upbringing?  After all, juveniles can go down the wrong path without a strong support system.

This is just one very public opportunity to see our Congressman at work.  We need them to be responsible to the people who elected them, and not always working on their next election.  Do the job, and give conservatives something to applaud!  We are tired of Representatives being afraid they will "OFFEND" a potential voter!  DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR THE GOOD OF OUR COUNTRY, NOT FOR THE GOOD OF YOUR RE-ELECTION COFFERS!
